When we talk about losing
10 kg in ten weeks what does that ‘really mean’?
The biggest ‘con job’ of the the twentieth century
is the ‘billion dollar’ Industry called ‘weight
loss’ there are more ‘books’ written about
all the ‘fad diets’ ..this plan and that plan…no
or very low carbs… high protein…high carbs low
protein…High then low Fats ,bad fats …good fats…and
everything in between…from cosmetic surgery to pills
and potions .
Do you also notice that
‘none of these systems’ are ‘accountable?
Do you notice that none of these systems/diets/ actually
‘test for body fat %’ and calculate body composition?
Along the way? To prove you are actually losing ‘body-fat’
and not muscle tissue & water ! That’s right the
last thing on a ‘Marketing campaigns’ ‘mind’
is the TRUTH ! Hell NO! ‘sell them an image’
of a ‘six pack abs’ in 3 minutes a day anything
to ‘quick fix’ and just as quick ‘ take
your money’…most of these campaigns should be
renamed “Lose $300 in 30 days “ because that’s
what generally happens! Lose 10 Kg in 10 weeks ? 10 Kg of
What ? water? Muscle? Or Body fat? 99% of the time it’s
Muscle & water with a small amount of Body fat!
Healy’s System what
is the difference ?
You actually lose BODY-FAT and we prove it to you! The problem
is that we must control all elements of your program ,nutrition,
supplements, training program …because the body operates
in ‘synergy’. This means that all ‘elements’
must be ‘put together’ at the same time to be
successful. Why Healy’s have ‘got it right’
is simply from ‘EXPERIENCE’ and thousands of
‘success cases’ many of the ‘before and
after’ photographs testify to .
How
does the Healy’s system work?
Easy, first of all we do Body-fat projections and analysis

Easy, we prescribe the correct amounts of proteins, good
fats, and low GI carbohydrates so YOU know what works and
why. Then along with our regular (Body-fat) testing you
can see the strategy working first hand ON YOU ! …….its
all well and good to follow another diet …but , again
in all the ‘fad Diets’ out there all talking
about WEIGHT LOSS not BODY FAT LOSS.
At HEALY’S you eat simple ‘everyday’ foods
that you can buy at the supermarket and the whole family
can enjoy. cant eat ‘Healthy’ all the time?
We don’t either ! what we try to do is get out clients
to eat ‘lean and clean’ 90 % of the time 10%
you can ‘flex out’ and eat your favorite bit
of ‘Junk food’ …this way we can make it
a lifestyle rather than a ‘Diet’. We show you
how!
I exercise all the time and
still find it difficult to lose body-fat ? WHY?
It could be a few reasons ,Firstly there is basically 2
types of metabolism FAST and SLOW. The Fast metabolism is
the ‘skinny people’ built like greyhounds and
you watch them eat ‘anything’ and still stay
relatively slim …..now that’s about 5 % of the
population …however, this can be deceiving as this
doesn’t mean that the ‘greyhound’ types
are ‘healthy’ ….from an ‘internal’
point of view…many have arterial problems and heart
condition like any body else….a FAST metabolism doesn’t
necessarly mean a healthy body.
The
other 95% of the population is like YOU and I with a SLOW
metabolism …our body ‘sucks’ up everything
for storage especially HIGH GI Carbs and refined foods Apart
from the basic Slow and fast metabolisms 95% of managing
Body Fat is Nutrition.
